On standards:
The average guy needs to get over himself. Guys, you’re not going to date a 10. There are only, like, three 10s in the world and you don’t even know them. Stop comparing the girl you meet in the supermarket to the girls in Maxim – they’re airbrushed anyway.
On what guys really want:
Guys really just want to be loved. They want a girl that is fun and funny and exciting, someone they can watch football with, have a good time with, take home to mom. And, they want their friends to think she’s hot.
On women’s perceptions of themselves:
Ladies, you’re not nearly as hot as you think you are. And, you’re not near as ugly as you think you are.
On happiness:
Focus on yourself, become happy in your own life. You can’t depend on your boyfriend/girlfriend/fiancé/husband/wife to make you happy.
On cheating:
As human beings, we’re longing for companionship. Guys end up trying to fill that void with multiple women, but they’re really missing something in their own life. (Yes, we know women cheat, too).
On porn and strip clubs:
Of course, there will always be a hotter body around the corner. You can go watch porn and hold onto that image, but that’s not reality. If you keep going to strip clubs, you’re going to try to find a girl like those strippers that you can still bring home to mom. And, she doesn’t exist.
On confidence:
All guys like a confident women. We like girls that like themselves. If you’re not confident and secure, you’re going to be crying all the time. And, besides, if your man likes the way you look, then why are you insecure about it?

On rejection:
Rejection is God’s protection. It saves you from future disappointment. Someone makes you feel like you’re not good enough? Of course you’re good enough. You’re just not what that person wanted.

If you find “The One” early on, then great; you’re one of the lucky ones. But if you don’t, just wait. Don’t marry someone for the wrong reasons just to get married.
