When I visited the spa for the first time, I was immediately met with a taste of the company’s attention to individualized service. Upon arrival, new guests are greeted by a staff member who directs them to a chair where he or she sits down to explain paperwork and how the spa operates. Next, a tour of the facility. In addition to traditional spa services (massage, facial, manicures/pedicures, hair styling), BLUE MedSpa provides clinical medical esthetics, and anti-aging and wellness programs. The goal: to become a one-stop destination for beauty, health and wellness.
Sip fresh juice at the Facial Bar or enjoy the spa’s flavored waters and herbal teas before or after your service. I stuck with water before succumbing to relaxation during an exhilarating massage. My masseuse reminded me to breathe throughout the hour and took care to ensure my comfort every step of the way. Attention to client needs and satisfaction top BLUE MedSpa’s list of priorities, guaranteeing customer retention.
Speaking of retention, BLUE MedSpa invites clients to take advantage of their Club BLUE Wellness Spa Membership Program, offering three packages with varying services and pricing from $69 per month to $149 per month. (Quite a good deal compared to membership packages at other local spas.)
The Refresh Membership allows members to enjoy one service per month. Featured treatments include a 60-minute facial and massage, a haircut and customized conditioning treatment, a manicure and pedicure with detox foot bath, and a 15-minute teeth whitening service. Treatments range in value from $90 to $149, and the Membership costs $69 per month.
The Rejuvenate Membership allows members to enjoy two services per month. Featured treatments include a 60-minute facial and massage, a haircut and customized conditioning treatment, a manicure and pedicure with detox foot bath, and a 15-minute teeth whitening service. Treatments range in value from $90 to $149, and the membership costs $129 per month.
The Transform Membership allows members to enjoy one anti-aging and/or cosmetic service per month. Featured treatments include a microdermabrasian facial, a facial with peel, a 15-minute laser hair removal service, and IPL photofacial treatment, a laser facial, an acne laser treatment and a teeth whitening service. Treatments range in value from $175 to $250, and the membership costs only $149 per month.
In addition to the services included above, members receive 10% off all retail purchases, 15% off BOTOX® services, invitations to exclusive private events, complimentary clinical consultations and 10% off SmartLipo (laser liposuction with minimal-to-no down time), Thermage (use of radio frequencies to lighten skin), or Fractional CO2 (laser therapy to rid of sun damage).
